Process:

Fit Check & Tolerance Testing:
Conducted a rigorous fit check of 3D-printed and machined components to ensure proper tolerances, accounting for material buildup and seamless assembly.

Parts Finishing for Paint:
Meticulously sanded, primed, and prepped all surfaces to eliminate imperfections and achieve a smooth, production-quality finish.

Color Matching & Clear Coat Compensation:
Developed and matched colors to specific targets while compensating for color shift under clear coat, ensuring an accurate final appearance.

Graphics & Detail Application:
Applied dry transfer graphics for a realistic final appearance and executed final detailing to enhance realism and usability.

The Result?

A highly polished, presentation-ready remote prototype that not only meets stringent design and brand requirements but also serves as a validation model for pre-production testing.
